Your Tasks

Identification and development of new business opportunities and markets

Development and implementation of sales strategies

Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Conducting market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making

Close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams

Preparation of business cases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Willingness to travel within France to ensure optimal on-site support
Your Profile

Completed degree in Business, Management, or a comparable qualification
-
Professional experience in Business Development; proven industry experience in the packaging/industrial sector – a must
-
Strong hunter mentality: you enjoy acquiring new customers, building networks, and actively developing business opportunities

Results-oriented, proactive, and independent working style

Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical abilities

High level of initiative, team spirit, and goal orientation

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, other languages
